This video was commissioned by STAR in conjunction with the 70th International Astronautical Congress held in Washington DC from October 21 to 25 2019. It features STAR Director Harry Cikanek, SMCD Director Satya Kalluri, STAR Principal Scientist Sid Boukabara, STAR Physical Scientist and altimetry expert Deirdre Byrne and STAR Physical Scientist and GLM specialist Scott Rudlosky talking about ways that STAR transforms satellite information into useful products for the Nation and indeed the world.
