Argelia Gonzalez serves as the Chief of Staff for the Office of Space Weather Observations (SWO). In this capacity, Ms. Gonzalez serves as the aide-de-camp and senior advisor to the SWO Director, Deputy Director and Division Chiefs. Ms. Gonzales is responsible for providing strategic and business operations analysis on a wide range of program, management, personnel, and policy issues. In addition, she manages the day-to-day office operations for SWO.
Ms. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly University of Maryland University Campus).
