Genuinely excited and enthusiastic about learning and finding new solutions, Rafael has become one of the most outstanding scientists in the fields of geospatial Earth science data fusion, visualization and collaboration to improve data interoperability and, in turn, science productivity. Rafael is the leader of the NOAA Environmental Visualization Laboratory.
