Description:
The NCEI Data Access Branch will be decommissioning a duplicative access point for nClimGrid-Daily. File Transfer Protocol (FTP) will be terminated. Collection metadata for this dataset will reference official NCEI access points and secondary access points on the NOAA Open Data Dissemination (NODD).
The product referred to as nClimGrid-Daily is a set of daily gridded fields and area averages of temperature and precipitation that covers the Contiguous United States (CONUS) from 1951 to present and is updated daily. It is related to the monthly version of NClimGrid and NClimDiv, but with a daily temporal resolution.
nClimGrid-Daily
- The nClimGrid-daily web access link and the ftp access link will be removed.
- The nClimGrid-daily dataset download will continue to be available at link. Associated auxiliary data will continue to be available at link.
- THREDDS services are available for data files and auxiliary files.
- These data are also available from the NODD link.
- Please reference the NOAA OneStop for this archive data product.
