Colleen Schweitzer is the business manager for the Office of LEO Observations. She has 18 years of experience spanning the entire resource management life cycle, including strategic planning, budget formulation and execution, and financial reporting. Most recently, Colleen served as the Chief of the Program Analysis Branch within NESDIS’ Office of the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the formulation of NESDIS’ President’s Budget Request. Prior to joining NOAA in 2017, Colleen supported the Department of Army as an Army Civilian for almost ten years.
Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Boston University. She also earned a Master of Business Administration and an Executive Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University.
