The GeoXO Program is committed to ensuring that the user community is prepared for the new types of satellite data that will be available from the GeoXO satellite system and that GeoXO data products and services meet the needs of the end user. Our users cover a wide range of sectors from federal, state and local government entities to academia, research, media and private industry and include anyone who will use GeoXO data to perform their meteorological functions.
The GeoXO Program will incorporate user needs into the decision-making process over the mission life cycle to develop and deliver the most useful, usable and used products and services to our customers. Through an ongoing, mutual exchange of information and ideas, the program will uncover the needs, goals and objectives from our users’ perspectives and dive deep into the environments of those we serve.

Our user engagement efforts aim to improve how data and services are developed and distributed across different platforms and agencies in order to provide a more comprehensive and innovative set of information. Through continuous user engagement, the GeoXO program will develop ideal data delivery mechanisms and formats, create training on future products and services, compose roadmaps to integrate and utilize data, and guide the development of future solutions.
