NOAA's Satellite and Information Service is a world leader in providing uninterrupted environmental data and global monitoring of the Earth through the operation of the Nation's operational environmental satellites, processing and distribution of data and products, and management of the world's largest climate data archive at the National Climatic Data Center, the National Oceanographic Data Center , and the National Geophysical Data Center.
